These Terms and Conditions (“Ts&Cs”) form a legally binding agreement between you (the client or customer) and us, Wellness with Dora (“we”, “us”, “our”). If you are under 18 years old, you must have a parent or guardian agree to these Ts&Cs on your behalf. References to “you” include your parent/guardian where applicable.
These Ts&Cs apply to the sale of all products and services via our clinic, online store, and affiliated third-party platforms.
1. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
Be punctual to appointments.
Treat all staff, practitioners, and guests with respect and courtesy.
Complete intake and follow-up documentation accurately and truthfully.
Inform us of:
All current medications, supplements, allergies, intolerances, or recent changes in dosage.
Your pregnancy or fertility status, if applicable.
Any chronic illnesses, medical diagnoses, recent vaccinations, or dietary preferences (e.g. vegan).
Comply with all safety and hygiene guidelines provided.
Only use our remedies as directed, and contact us if unsure about interactions.
Consult your medical doctor or other primary healthcare provider as needed.
Follow any lifestyle, energetic, or dietary advice mindfully, understanding this guidance is complementary in nature.
Overseas clients:
It is your responsibility to ensure the legality of importing any of our products or services into your country. We are not liable for customs holds or legal limitations in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to cease providing products or services if you breach any part of these terms.
2. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS
All fees are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Payment is due at the time of booking, purchase, or as otherwise stated.
For third-party orders (e.g. Vital.ly, Natural script, Ariya), you agree to their respective terms.
Shipping fees, import duties, or taxes are your responsibility if ordering from outside Australia.
Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full consultation fee.
3. WARRANTIES AND RETURNS
3.1 Issues with Orders
Notify us of any damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Return costs are your responsibility unless we determine otherwise.
If ordered through a third party, you must contact them directly.
3.2 No Limitation of Statutory Rights
These Ts&Cs do not override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
3.3 Consumer Guarantees
Our services come with guarantees under the ACL. For major failures, you may be entitled to:
Cancel the service contract and receive a refund.
Replacement or refund of faulty products.
3.4 Warranties

Products are safe, properly labelled, and appropriate for their described use until the expiry or best-before date.

4. HEALTH INFORMATION DISCLAIMER

You acknowledge that:

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials including treatment protocols, handouts, online content, e-books, and remedies remain the intellectual property of Wellness with Dora unless otherwise stated.
You agree not to copy, reproduce, or distribute materials without written consent.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
You agree not to disclose or replicate any proprietary information obtained during your treatment or through our digital offerings. Sharing with your GP or allied health team is encouraged.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We aim to resolve any issues respectfully and quickly.
You agree to:
Cooperate in resolving complaints.
Communicate directly with us before escalating any dispute externally.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we exclude liability for:
Indirect, special, or consequential loss.
Personal outcomes related to lifestyle or treatment choices.
Errors in third-party platforms or shipping.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, lockdowns, or supplier interruptions.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

5. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless arranged otherwise.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full consultation fee.
Online product orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
If using third-party dispensaries (e.g. Vital.ly, Natural Script, Ariya), you agree to their individual shipping and returns policies.
6. SHIPPING, RETURNS & REMEDIES
For physical products:
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days with proof of purchase.
Items must be unopened and in original packaging for return.
You are responsible for return shipping unless we specify otherwise.
Digital products (e.g. eBooks, guides) are non-refundable.
